Ergaki is world-wide known destination in Southern Siberia. Situated roughly between Abakan and Kyzyl. Landscapes are rocky with sheer walls. It's an excellent place for hikers, backpackers, photographers and climbers.

Nature created lots of fanciful sculptures made of stone. Main places of interest are Parabola rock, Svetloe lake and Visyachy kamen. Parabola rock has ideal smooth shape. Tourists can climb up to one peak of Parabola.

The legend runs as follows. Epical hero lived here many years ago and when he became old, gods turned him into stone to defend this land.

Kuznetsky Alatau tour 12-21 June

Kuznetsk Alatau lies on border of Khakassia and Kemerovo region in Southern Siberia. This area attract visitors by scenic landscapes combined with remoteness of civilisation.

Khakassia is small but very attractive republic with plenty landscapes. West Sayan mountains on border of Khakassia and Tuva is definitely great destination for backpackers.
We will look round mountains, lakes and rivers easterly of the pass between Tuva and Khakassia.
